The winners of 50 medals were revealed in the show at the Decanter World Wine Awards for 2024, after publishing the full results of this year's competition.

From a warehouse full of more than 72,000 bottles to four tasting suites hosting the world's most prominent wine experts, and evaluates more than 18,000 types of wine, the Decanter World Wine Awards (DWA) arbitration is raised to its peak with the best assessments of the show.

“The last two days of arbitration are the best fun in weeks (DWA arbitration) because, mainly, we taste all Platinum medals and decide what is the best 50 our medals.” In the end, we look at 50 types of wine representing the best in arbitration, “I explain Putting head of DWWA Michael Hill Smith AM MW.

Access to this stage in the arbitration process is a great achievement for any wine.

To reach this level, the wine must first pass with two rounds of blind taste and three separate approvals by a regional committee, a co -chair, and another committee during the platinum arbitration, before the fourth taste and signature.

This strict process confirms that the elevation of wine to the “best supply” level recognizes the exceptional quality, exceptional flavors and the ability to excel amid a global competitive field.

Starting from the famous classics such as Vintage Champagne and Port, Mosel Riesling, California Cabernet, Tokaji Aszú, to the best 50 “first”, such as Koshu from Japan, RTSINA from Greece, and Bellone from Lazio, Italy, and Petite Arvine from Suez.
