The UK's MAJESESESTIC company has concluded an agreement to obtain the local distributor ENOTRIA & COE.
The financial conditions of the deal have not been revealed.
Master said that the deal will “accelerate” its goal “to become a prominent resource in the United Kingdom of wine, beer and lives.”
In a statement, the company said it also expects to enhance the acquisition “value, selection and service for its trade partners.”
Established in 1972, the Enotria & Coe distributor has a group of more than 300 wine producers and more than 1500 souls. It offers channels on trade, trade and DTC, with its customers, including specialized bars, hotels, retailers, and beautiful dining places throughout the United Kingdom.
Through the deal, Magistics said it “identified great potential” to build Enotria & Coe “alongside” its commercial supplier branch.
The CEO of Majestic John Colley said Enotria & Coe was “a work that we competed against them and we liked it for a long time, with a good proposal and cultural values that are closely in line with what we are already doing in Majestic.”
He added: “We believe that this is a convincing strategic mix and can see tremendous potential to increase Enotria's proposal and profit as part of the majestic group.”
Both companies will continue to operate “as stand -alone companies” after treatment.
“This mix is great news for Enotria & Coe's colleagues, customers, businesses and aspirations in future growth. From the initial approach and subsequent discussions with our majestic, it was clear that there is a focus on style, and focuses on the possibility of focusing fully on the style, focusing on it completely, focusing on it completely. And focus on this.
Majestic, which was purchased by Group Fortress Investment Group in the United States in 2019, runs 212 retail stores in the United Kingdom and Jersey, after opening 22 new outlets since obtaining it.
It looks forward to increasing the size of its wallet and its majestic commercial division by 2030.
Last April, the company acquired the local wine chain in which wine leaks as it was looking to reach a smaller population group to drink alcohol.
